Health Plan Price Transparency
Coder Pay via Stripe Intergration

Architected client-ETL workflows needed to generate monthly price transparency files.
Data flows covered a variety of use cases across multiple cloud environments.
Dev effort was coordinated across Data Foundations (ETL), Guidance Enablement (Elastic Search), and Infrastructure (transmission) teams.
Reveleer was paying it's clinical coders manually via ACH processing, running multiple weeks in arrears.
I fully integrated the Stripe Connect API to support realtime bank account connectivity, automated payment processing, and user reporting.
Resulted in coders to get paid instantly contributing to higher morale and performance.
I was tasked with redesigning mPulse's desktop chat application, the Engagement Console.
The 8-month long redesign included: a complete overhaul of the UI/UX, full integration of our patented AI Chat Bot technology, user metrics + campaign dashboards, and a self-service admin tool.

One of my significant achievements was the complete overhaul of the MX Notify application, utilized by 130+ hospitals to deliver real-time admission, discharge, and transfer notifications throughout California. This experience reflects my dedication to delivering solutions that enhance customer experience while prioritizing user trust and data.
